I am going to plan out tomorrow’s meals ahead so i don’t binge: Breakfast: Protien bar and a bottle of water ( 170cal) Lunch salad w/dressing and water ( 100cal) Snack: popcorn and a fiber bar (260) Dinner: not sure (200cal) Total: 730cal which is fine i love food and i am not going to deprive myself anymore
